Mix the yeast and the water. Mix flour, salt and yeast/water mixture. Once everything is well coagulated then take the dough from the bowl and place it out on the table.
Use your fingers, hands and your hands to manipulate the dough. Continue to work the dough until it’s soft and easy to work with. Now you can begin rolling the dough by adding flour to the dough.
Divide the large dough ball into segments, then create nicely rounded portions of doughs. Next, place the semolina and breadcrumbs on a baking sheet to proof the dough.
Once the dough is proofed and shaped, it is time to flatten the dough using your fingers and your hands. If the dough tears you can use pieces from the edges to wrap the tear. Later, sprinkle the sauce and cheese on the flattened pizza.
